Video Football Games Ascend to New Heights with Xbox Madden 10

Xbox Madden 10 players, it's time to rule the field - this is where the real gamers hit the stadium! Are you the gamer who can outrun and outmaneuver his rivals to make some major points? Do you send your foes back to the locker room in defeat and disgrace? Grab your game controller, switch on your video game console, and make your way to the Xbox Madden 10 stadium. If you've got the balls to play sports games for money, then time to put it on the line.

By all accounts - or at least yours - you can pretty much hold your own in Xbox football games. Put it all on the table, and you'll show your buds that you're more than just talk. Here's where you let your buds know that you are unbreakable, and they're just broken, after a competition which the victor takes the spoils. When you take on your rivals in Xbox Madden 10, you can play video games for money - no kidding. If you're just chomping at the big to get in on some of the Xbox video game action, then get off your ass and into the stadium, where the real test of champions begins. It's fairly obvious that if you want to tackle your way to victory, you'd better have a strong command of the football fundamentals. Mess up the simple stuff, and the only one running away with the win will be your rival. Better get to know the playbook, backwards and forwards - and figure out a winning strategy. One piece of advice, for you Xbox sports games players with faulty memories: while you can get some great yardage when you go for the pass, don't become too reliant on that strategy. But the "cons" to the pass challenge the "pros": the chances for an interception have increased. Make sure you are truly an Xbox Madden 10 expert before you begin to lay your money down against your buds.

You'll be prepared hit the gridiron, after you've figured out a game plan that incorporates a solid offense and defense. Throw down the gauntlet to all your acquaintances in the online gaming community, now that you're sports video game skills are more potent than they've ever been. In the annals of the video game community, the biggest badasses tend to be the Xbox Madden 10 fanatics - they play until the bitter end. However, if you manage to stay three steps ahead of your rival at all times, your bank account will be greener than the Astroturf. End any debate over who the greatest Xbox Madden 10 player is, after you play Xbox games online for money. If you'll recall, Xbox Madden 10 was preceded by Madden 09, another major hit for the series that set a high standard. A new title for a sports video game series means new scrutiny. The question lingers for everyone who's ever picked up a game controller: can the sequel surpass the original? Just like its predecessors, Xbox Madden 10 will astound and amaze hardcore gamers, and give them the video football experience they deserve. Instead of just coasting, EA Sports is always moving forward and taking things to new heights - and Xbox Madden 10 is the prime example of this. Hardcore gamers are pretty jazzed about Xbox Madden 10's newest addition to the fold, their Pro-Tak animation technology, which allows players to have even more control over each play's outcome. Players can fight for the fumble, their tackles are steerable, they can have 9-man gang tackling, and their quarterback can shift around the pocket. Video football games just got even more realistic.

Xbox Madden 10 has more to offer than just some graphics that are now more hyper-realistic. Now, Xbox Madden 10 bears even more resemblance to an afternoon of viewing NFL on TV, courtesy of broadcast-style presentation, and a more "cinematic" camera style. The authenticity levels just went up as well -- referees yank the players from fumble piles, all-new player equipment is available, and there's more accurate, authentic kicking and throwing styles. Thanks to the improvements in player momentum, the football players have become even more accuracy to the real thing, with their turn rates and acceleration. New to the playbooks of Xbox Madden 10 gamers is the always effective wildcat offense. No surprise, EA Sports has scored the ultimate touchdown with the newest chapter in the football video game saga known as Madden.

Xbox Madden 10's epic soundtrack is another facet that will rev up the hardcore gamers and force them to up their game. Ever since gaming employed soundtracks, things haven't been the same for the sports video game world. Taking a new approach, Xbox Madden 10 has included some true classics to balance out the cutting-edge present-day music - and it works. Take a look at the track listing, and then say that you don't care for the Xbox Madden 10 soundtrack: "Can't C Me" by 2Pac, "Heads are Gonna Roll" by Airbourne, "Them Bones" by Alice in Chains, "Created a Monster" by B.o.B, "Revolution" by Bang Camaro, "Sabotage" by Beastie Boys, "Paranoid" by Black Sabbath, "Get 'Em Up" by Cypress Hill, "Unsung" by Helmet, "Aces High" by Iron Maiden, "Painkiller" by Judas Priest, "I Am the Bullgod" by Kid Rock, "Reckoning" by Killswitch Engage, "Blind" by Korn, "Divinations" by Mastodon, "Hate Me Now" by Nas featuring Puff Daddy, "Breed" by Nirvana, "Walk" by Pantera, "Shut 'Em Down" by Public Enemy, "Guerrilla Radio" by Rage Against the Machine, "Gaia Bleeds (Make Way for Man)" by Set Your Goals, "Duality" by Slipknot, "Sugar" by System of a Down, "Before I Die" by The Vanity Plan," and "Cheah Beah" by Young Dre The Truth.

Large Playoffs, Even bigger Payoffs at Xbox Madden 10

If you're still unsure about Xbox Madden 10, then you need a trip through the football video game timeline, back to the beginning, to change your mind. On one hand, it's probably not too cool to say Xbox Madden 10 is great, just because it stands out next to crap from 30 years ago. But it helps to see how much progress has been made in football video games, by taking a glance at the earliest video games and comparing them to Xbox Madden 10. It was inevitable, given the popularity of handheld football games in the B.C. (before consoles) era, that gamers would want a video football game to satisfy their needs. The bad news, though, was that video game technology was still in the "post-Pong" phase, and the games reflected those limitations. The buzzword for this one was "all the excitement" of the real thing, as the game publishers tried to sell their captive audience on this one.

They didn't even try to make those guys look like people. What are you gonna do? The photo may be underwhelming, but the game itself is even more so. From a technological standpoint, things were so basic, that multiple players moving at once meant that the only thing extreme about this game was the flickering of the players. Audio was as awful as the video. As you'd probably guessed, there wasn't a scrolling screen for this one. In a short matter of time, the competitors entered the video game console field, and brought out their take on a more realistic football video game. A serious effort was made with this next one, in order to give gamers a football video game closer to the real thing. A step in the right direction, but work needed to be done still.

While it did tantalize the video game world with its improvements, it was still only a slight move in the right direction. It would take a few more years before anything like that took place. Technology had caught up, albeit slightly, to gamers' football desires, to the point where this game has taken on an iconic status for gamers today. If you were to ask a gamer from the 90s what their favorite sports video game was, this one would crack the top 5 list. Why this went supernova isn't hard to figure out - with actual offensive and defensive strategies, they brought in a new level of realism. With the improvements in both the sound and the graphics, gamers saw this as the first and last word in video football games. It's one of the few "old school" games that can still excite today's crop of hardcore gamers. However, it doesn't even come close to what Xbox Madden 10 offers.

It's always great to see how far we, and football video games, have come. So, yeah, no point in calling out the old football games. You've gotten the point. You have to start somewhere, and those other games did - and Xbox Madden 10 would have never been possible if it weren't for those older football video games. Xbox Madden 10 is the future of football video games, and the video game community is psyched that the future is looking so bright. The fans aren't the only ones raving about Xbox Madden 10 - the critics have said their piece, and they're into it. "Realistic and enjoyable" are comments you'll see during most Xbox Madden 10 reviews. EA Sports didn't even come close to fumbling the ball with Xbox Madden 10, that's for sure.

There are always going to be the haters, but pay no attention - Xbox Madden 10 rules. Not to put down any other Xbox sports video games, which have certainly earned their solid rep, but Xbox Madden 10 is just the best of the best. It's the favorite of hardcore gamers, and with good cause. Better still, the true gamers know that this is the arena which will separate the wheat from the chaff, after you play video games for money.

It's a great time to be an Xbox Madden 10 expert - now you can slug it out for some real money. Once you've reached your apex of acumen, you'll be the one scoring big - and filling up your wallet in the process.
